I selected the Young Living™ line of essential oils because of the
company's dedication to making therapeutic grade products, as opposed
to perfume or flavoring grade oils.
Therapeutic grade essential oils are the aromatic volatile liquids, steam-distilled
under low pressure and at low temperature, from plant materials. Essential
oils are complex mosaics of anywhere from 80 to 300 chemical constituents,
all contributing to the oil's therapeutic effects to some degree. They
have a direct effect on the brain and other organs through skin absorption
and the olfactory system. Therapeutic grade essential oils are so highly
concentrated, it often requires an entire plant or more to produce a single
drop.
Serving the same function in plants as blood does in humans, essential
oils are the regenerating, oxygenating, and immune defense substances
of the plant kingdom. Because they are naturally antibiotic, antiseptic,
antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, antiparasitic, antiviral, and
antidepressant, they are widely used in Europe as prescription medicines.
Aromatherapy is the art and science of the use and application of therapeutic
essential oils for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance.
Aromatherapy is taught in medical schools in France and England. Essential
oils are used by doctors in many hospitals there. There are three traditional
models concerning their use and application: the English (massage), the
French (internal application), and the German (inhalation). For an in-depth

Ninety-eight percent
of the essential oils produced today are for use in the perfume and cosmetics
industries. Only two percent are produced to therapeutic/ medicinal grade.

Mud Treatment

Begins with warm compresses on the body with rose infused water. Then
our special blend of Sea Salts and a custom blend of roses and pampering

gel is applied with a loofah and warm water to gently refresh and exfoliate
your body. End your treatment with a warm application of Pure Rose body
oil that will hydrate and nourish the body. This treatment will allow

Dead Sea Salt Glow
This one-hour full body treatment begins with a hydrating and mineralizing
Dead Sea Healing water spray followed by an exfoliating and skin rejuvenating

Seaweed Body Wrap
After a full body brushing or a salt polish algae is applied to your body,
which is rich in iodine, vitamins, minerals and proteins. You can choose
